This event is a great way to put some money back in your pocket while helping fellow brides save some money by purchasing gently used wedding items instead of brand new!
table rental - past brides
A table rental for Brides Selling is $20.00. You will be provided with an 8 foot table and two chairs. The location of your table will be pre-selected and labelled for each bride. If you need more space, you may purchase more than one table. Only have a few items to sell? No problem. Joining up with a friend is allowed and encouraged!
To register for a table please complete the form below. By giving a detailed list of what items you have to sell we will be able to forward this information to brides buying.
Once we receive your information we will send you details on how to make your payment for your table. By completing the form below you are committing to renting a table at the Wedding Swap.

Table numbers, table frames, centerpieces, table cloths, table runners, candles, bird cages, picture frames, seating charts, glassware & vases, candy table items, cake stands, cake cutting items, photo booth items, mason jars, easels, chalkboards.
set-up and take-down times
More information will be provided to you once your registration form and fee have been received but here are the main points to consider regarding timing at the Wedding Swap.
Doors for set-up open at 9:00 a.m. and everything must be ready to go by 10:30 a.m.
(Early-Bird entry starts at 11:00 a.m.)
Someone must be manning your booth at all times throughout the day. Take-down may ONLY begin after the event is finished at 2:00 p.m.
keep in mind
We will only be accepting good quality items to be sold; nothing broken, dirty, or ripped etc. Having clean, ready to be used items will be more appealing to buyers. Stage your things attractively so buyers can see the items "in action" if you can.
All sellers must provide their own cash boxes to provide change to brides purchasing items from their table. All profit from any sales at your table are yours to keep!
